E. The objectives of the research are the effects of Perception on Using Artificial
Intelligence Tools and vocabulary mastery jointly towards students' writing
skills, The effect of Perception on Using Artificial Intelligence Tools towards
students' writing skills, the effect of vocabulary mastery towards students' writing skills at private senior high schools in Tangerang Banten. The
research method employed was a survey with a sample 110 respondents. Special tests, including the questioner of Perception on Using Artificial
Intelligence Tools, a vocabulary mastery test, and students’ writing skills
assessment. Served as instruments for collecting data. Based on the research
finding that : 1) There are significant effects of using the Artificial
Intelligence tools and vocabulary mastery jointly towards students' writing
skills, it is proved by the value of Sig. 0.001 < 0.05 from F-observed = 82.947. 2)There is significant effect of using the Artificial Intelligence tools towards
students' writing skills, it is proved by the value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 from t- observed = 5.810. 3)There is significant effect of vocabulary mastery towards
students' writing skills, it is proved by the score of Sig. 0.001 < 0.05 and t- observed 3.573, it can be recommended that the students’ writing skill can be
improved by using the Artificial Intelligence tools and vocabulary master
